一、招生类别：本科学历生、汉语言进修生

二、申请条件：

1.遵守中国的法律、法规及南昌理工学院的各项规章制度，并尊重中国人民的风俗习惯。

2.身体状况符合国家卫生检疫部门对外国人入境的要求。

3.有可靠的经济保证和在华事务担保人。

4.申请攻读本科学历、学士学位者，年龄在18-25周岁，高中毕业或具同等学历:

（1）攻读英语授课的国际经济与贸易专业，学生的英语和数学成绩应达80%以上，其他主科成绩为60%以上。

（2）攻读中文授课的理工科专业本科学历的学生的数学和理工类成绩应达到80%以上，其他主科成绩60%以上，持有汉语水平考试三级证书（HSK3）。如无HSK3证书，需学习一年汉语，最长不超过两年，获得HSK3证书或达到学校入读专业要求的汉语能力。

5.申请学习汉语言进修者，年龄在18-25周岁。

学费说明：

• 汉语言学习阶段享受17,000元/生学校航天奖学金，学费为6500元/生/年；
• 本科学习阶段的第一年享受15000元/生学校航天奖学金，学费为8500元/生/年；
• 本科学习阶段的第二年享受15500元/生学校航天奖学金，学费为8000元/生/年；
• 本科学习阶段的第三年、第四年享受学校航天奖学金13500元/生/年；学费为10000元/生/年。
• 在校期间，学习成绩优异、在校表现好的10%的学生通过申请和评选，可以获得江西省政府奖学金。

2. 其他费用： （人民币）

（1）书本费：800元/生/年（由教材供应商收取，多退少补）；

（2）住宿费：2人间4000元/生/年；4人间2600元/生/年

（3）保险费：1000元/生/年（由保险公司收取，学校代收）

（4）体检费：约500元/生/年（自行支付给体检中心）

（5）居留许可：400-800元/生/年（自行支付给办证机构）

五、报名和录取：

1. 将申请材料清晰扫描后发送至电子邮箱：gjc_nclg@nut.edu.cn 

2. 学校在收到申请人材料后5个工作日内进行审核。

3. 学校将所有通过者的材料上报审批部门审核。

4. 学校为审批部门审核通过的申请人办理JW202表和录取通知书。

六、报到和注册：

录取后，学生持录取通知书、JW202表、成绩单原件和认证件、毕业证书原件和认证件、体检记录原件、无犯罪记录证明原件和认证件到校报到。学校为缴纳足额费用的本科学历生注册学籍。

七、授课、考核形式：

采用线下方式进行教学和考核

八、学制和证书取得

1. 学制年限：

（1）英文授课本科学历生：学制4年。学习有困难者，最长学习年限不得超过六年。

（2）中文授课本科学历生：为中文授课本科学历生开设本科预科课程，主要学习汉语，学习时长1-2年。汉语达到相应水平，入读专业，学制4年。专业学习有困难者，学习年限不得超过六年。

（3）汉语言进修生：学习年限最长不超过2年。

2. 证书取得：

（1）本科学历生：毕业时取得汉语水平考试四级（HSK4），学业成绩合格、完成毕业论文/设计，学校颁发毕业证书和相应学位证书。

（2）汉语言进修生：颁发学习证明。

Nanchang Institute of Technology (NIT)

RECRUITMENT in autumn 2025 

I. Level: undergraduate, Chinese learning

II. Entrance Requirements:

1. Adhere to Chinese laws and regulations and NIT’s rules, be friendly towards China, and respect Chinese culture and customs;

2. Be of non-Chinese nationality, in good health, and have no criminal record;

3. Possess a reliable economic guarantee and a guarantor for matters in China;

4. Applicants for undergraduate and bachelor's degree programs, aged 18-25 years old, must be high school graduates or hold equivalent qualifications:

(1) For students pursuing English-medium major as International Economics and Trade, they should have scored 80% or above in English and Mathematics, 60% or above in other major subjects.

(2) Students seeking an undergraduate degree in Chinese-medium science and engineering majors should achieve at least 80% in Mathematics and Science and Engineering, 60% or above in other major subjects, and possess a certificate of Chinese Proficiency Test Level 3 (HSK3). If they do not have an HSK3 certificate, they are required to study Chinese language for one year, with the maximum duration not exceeding two years, to obtain the HSK3 certificate or to reach the Chinese language proficiency level required by the school for their enrolled majors.

5. Applicants for further study of the Chinese language should be 18-25 years old.

Notes:

(1) 17,000RMB/student school space scholarship for the Chinese language study stage, with tuition fee of 6,500RMB/student/year;

(2) The first years of undergraduate study are entitled to 15,000 Yuan/student School Space Scholarship, and the tuition fee is 8,500 Yuan/student/year;

(3) The second years of undergraduate study are entitled to 15,500 Yuan/student School Space Scholarship, and the tuition fee is 8,000 Yuan/student/year;

(4) The third and fourth years of the undergraduate study stage enjoy the school space scholarship of 13,500 yuan/student/year; the tuition fee is 10,000 yuan/student/year.

(5) During the school period, 10% of the students with excellent academic performance and good performance in school can be awarded the Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarship through application and selection.

 

iii. Other expenses: (RMB) 

• Book fee: 800 yuan/student/year (charged by textbook suppliers, refund for more and supplement for less);
• Accommodation: RMB 4000/student/year for a 2-bed room; RMB 2600/student/year for a 4-bed room;
• Medical examination fee: about 500 yuan/student (paid to the medical center, by students themselves)
• Insurance: 1000 yuan/student/year (paid to the insurance company)
• Residence permit: 400-800 yuan/student/year (paid to the Immigration)

V. Application & Admission

2. The school will review the applicants' materials within 5 working days after receiving them.

3. The school submits the documents of all successful applicants to the approval department for review.

4. A JW 202 form and a Letter of Admission will be dealt with if the application is approved by the authority.

VI. Check-in & Registration  

Students register to the school with their acceptance letter, JW202 form, original and certified copies of transcripts, original and certified copies of diplomas, original physical examination records, and original and certified copies of certificates of no criminal record. The school registers undergraduate students who have paid the full fee.

VII. Teaching & Examination Methods:

The school offers offline teaching and examination methods.  

VIII. Educational System & Certificate issued

    i. Educational system:

(1) Bachelor's degree students taught in English: four years of study. For those with learning difficulties, the maximum duration of study shall not exceed six years.

(2) Undergraduate students majoring in Chinese language teaching: The undergraduate preparatory program is offered to Chinese-taught undergraduate degree students, to study Chinese, and the duration of study is 1-2 years. After reaching the appropriate level of Chinese language, they will be admitted to majors with a study period of 4 years. For those who have difficulties in specialized study, the duration of study shall not exceed six years.

ii. Certificate issued:

i) Undergraduate: a diploma and a degree shall be issued if he/she has got a HSK4 certificate, qualified results and graduation thesis/design.

ii) Chinese learner: a Certificate of Studying shall be issued.
