本专业培养学生了解电子设备和信息系统的理论前沿，具备电子信息工程方面专业知识与能力，融电子技术、信息处理、计算机科学于一体，具有研究、开发新系统、新技术的基本能力；具有扎实的自然科学基础、较好的人文与社会科学基础。能从事各类电子设备和信息系统的研究、设计、制造、应用和开发的高等工程技术人才。

Educational Objectives

This specialty cultivates students to acquire the leading edge theory of electronic equipment and information system, possess the professional knowledge and ability of electronic engineering, which integrates with electronic technology, information processing, and computer science. Students in this major should be equipped with the basic research and development skills of new system and technique on the basis of solid natural science, humanities and social science foundation, so as to become advanced talents of engineering technology who can engage in research, design, manufacturing, application and development of various electronic equipment and information system.
