培养目标 

本专业要求学生系统地学习工业设计学科的基础理论和基本技能，掌握产品设计程序与方法、产品开发、产品系统设计和计算机辅助设计技术等内容，具有应用造型设计原理和法则创造性地进行产品设计与开发的能力，并具备团体合作的精神；培养学生具有现代工业设计方面专业基础理论、知识和能力，掌握产品开发、设计方向的专业基本技能。能在企事业单位、专业设计部门、科研单位从事工业产品造型设计、结构设计、视觉传达设计等领域从事设计、教学和科研工作。 

Educational Objectives

This major requires that students study in a systematic way the basic theory and skills of industrial design as well as product design procedure and methods, product development, systematic design of product and CAD technology. Students have the creative ability to design and develop products by applying modeling design principle and rules. Equipped with professional basic theory knowledge and competence in modern industrial design and fundamental professional skills of product development and design, they should be able to engage in education and research work in the field of modeling design of industrial product, structure design and visual communication design in professional design department, enterprises and institutions.
