I. Enrollment Targets
Any non-Chinese citizen over 18 years old who is healthy and behaves well is welcome to apply for studying in this college
with the requirement of complying with China’s laws and regulations as well as this university’s rules and respecting China’s
conventions.
II. Education for International Students
1. Students for a diploma
Undergraduates: Lasting for 4 years with the time of enrollment in each September. The one who finishes the study with the
qualified performance or the corresponding credits will be granted an under-graduation certificate by this university, and who meets the basic requirements for a degree will be granted a bachelor degree certificate.
Statement: The student who has no HSK-3 should learn Chinese in our university and get qualified after a
Chinese language test before receiving education for a certificate.
2. Non-diploma advanced students: one-semester or one-year academic study is offered in accordance with the requirement of
students; students can also study the major courses according to their course selection. If they pass the examinations of the
chosen courses or if they get the required credits, they are to be granted with a qualification certificate.
3. Students for Chinese learning: No more than 2 years learning with the time of enrollment in March and September every year.
The international students will learn in each mini class like elementary, junior, middle and senior ones according to their Chinese
language level.

All applicants are required to supply the following materials:
(1) Application Form for International Students to Study in China Made by NIT
(2) Diploma or Degree certificate (one original and one copy, enclosed a notarized copy of Chinese or English translation)
(3) Original or copy transcript of the final education (enclosed a notarized copy of Chinese or English translation)
(4) Letter of guarantee ( in Chinese or English)
(5) Passport copy (in Chinese or English)
(6) 5 pieces of recent photos
(7) A resume (in Chinese or English)
(8) Notarization of non-criminal record (in Chinese or English)
(9) Physical examination from state of the applicant
IV. Signing up and enrollment
1. Recruitment
The one who is in accordance with the above conditions can contact the international students office in our university and ask
for the Application Form for International Students to Study in China Made by NIT. The application form filled in and the relevant
application materials should be mailed to the international office in our university 3 months before the term begins ( the alternative
way is to scan all of the materials mentioned above and email them to 256258556@qq.com or 511010898@qq.com). We will
answer the application in 20 workdays after receiving the application materials.
2. Enrollment
Students who are enrolled will receive a letter of admission from NIT and a form of JW202. The enrolled students should go to
the local Chinese Embassy for the Chinese visa application procedures, carrying the letter of admission, the form of JW202/201 and
the physical examination record for foreigners.
V. Signing up
Students should arrive at our university and sign up according to the exact date on the letter of admission. The original letter of
admission, the form of JW202/201 and the physical examination record for foreigners are required for signing up. Application should be made to the international office of NIT in advance if signing up in time is difficult. Otherwise, the admission qualification
will be abolished. According to the relevant Chinese laws and regulations, the international students who have arrived in China
should go to the appointed health and quarantine departments to confirm the health condition. If the physical examination record is
out of date, with any item unexamined or not as required, the physical examination must be made again. Inhabitation procedures
can not be made until the physical examination is qualified or confirmed by the health and quarantine departments. The student
who fails to pass the physical examination will be repatriated in accordance with the relevant regulations.
VI. The education expenses involved (Unit: RMB. Yuan)
1. Registration fee: 500yuan/student
2. Tuition: the tuition fees for undergraduates and Chinese language learners are charged according to the standard approved by
JXDRC, with slight difference each year.

3. Scholarship: 2000 yuan per year per student by NIT
4. Textbook fee: 600 Yuan each year for each student. The balances will be paid to either side as the case may be.
5. Accommodation conditions and fees: preferential treatment for international students according to the university standard.
